If one reviews the IRS Form 990 for Ecohealth Alliance, one learns that 96% to 98% of its funding comes from the US government. Ecohealth Alliance is essentially a cutout for government funding of projects that are either prohibited or politically inconvenient.
Where does the other 2% or 4% of its funding come from? The bulk of it is from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
