The rotation assures 'Big Pharma' of having influence and 'connections' to fast track experimental medications through the various governmental organizations;
similarly, when directors of agencies leave governmental administration, they are assured of research employment in 'Big Pharma' in some capacity.
The recent covid * vaccine * approval under "emergency conditions" is just such an indication of expeditious approval, without any long term testing,
or study of side effects, and I believe we will see even more such medication approvals given quickly and expeditiously.
