as a shorter, in poor shape 67yro woman I can tell you I would have done something seeing the animal beat that -poor woman.....miminally I would have blocked his car with my car....I’d beep the horn or get a tire iron....one good whack on his fat arms or legs would have gotten his attention..
Just bump him with the car, then run him over when he’s clear.
I just can’t believe that one white SUV didn’t immediately get in there, they clearly saw.
More people need to carry. Problem solved then.
