I say this because I believe when “the people” of a state become to weak in the spine cord to apply the death penalty to people who really, really committed unspeakable crimes, to say nothing of lesser but still horrible crimes like this murder, it sends a loud and clear message to scum like Tierra that nothing will happen to her so.............. “I’ll just put a cap in this white bitch”.
Trials like Tierra’s need to happen at the crime scene in a tent within a week after the crime and when found guilty another week is allowed for her appeal to a higher court. Upon denial of appeal, she should be immediately hung and left there for 24 hours for ALL TO SEE.
Make no mistake....a quick, efficient trial and appeal and a quicker execution of all “crimes against society” (murder, rape, car jacking, election fraud) is the only protection society has against these losers/parasites and in recent decades leftists have taken that option off the table in most states. In Texas, we’re a little slow but we do get it done. Since 1819, 1,325 have been executed.

There is an old western movie with that scene - the accused was brought into a tent, declined to defend himself - and sorry - I don’t recall how it ended or the name of it.
