....So, you know I hate California do you? Do you make a lot of money reading minds? And, I know, with all your crystal ball skills that you know I have a grand-daughter in California. Looks like your the pinhead.

Take the top 5 issues and the politicians California People repeatedly put in office are on the wrong side of to the extreme detriment of California People and other Blue States. In these Blue States, it’s time for “the people” to start feeling some heat for putting these liberal marxist bastards in office and people like you need to begin to get a grip on that FACT.

It’s astonishing to me that a large part of our populace doesn’t know that simple fact of life. They were probably raised with the COEXIST / Kumbaya worldview that everybody is nice.

“Tierra is Dirt, so the name is fitting”

I bet momma wanted to name her “Tiara” but didn’t know how to spell it.

Remember the hue and cry many years ago when it was unthinkable that no one intervened in the killing of Kitty Genovese in NYC. That was in 1964 with close to 40 witnesses watching it happen. We all know what was happening in the sixties - those pukes in the streets then went on to rule our nation and still haven’t given up.

I don’t know how society fell so far to behave as it does today.

“”need to happen at the crime scene in a tent within a week after the crime and when found guilty another week is allowed for her appeal to a higher court. Upon denial of appeal, she should be immediately hung and left there for 24 hours for ALL TO SEE.””

There is an old western movie with that scene - the accused was brought into a tent, declined to defend himself - and sorry - I don’t recall how it ended or the name of it.

Just bump him with the car, then run him over when he’s clear.

I just can’t believe that one white SUV didn’t immediately get in there, they clearly saw.

More people need to carry. Problem solved then.

..........years ago I was having lunch at the Hyatt Regency in Jedda, Saudi Arabia. The restaurant was crowded with businessmen in western clothes and Saudi’s in their traditional long robes.

I was reading the English newspaper and was reading a long list of short, quick headline type articles and one went something like...”Dope Dealer Hung”. It went on with about 2 or 3 sentences. One was “after a trial last month and a 30 day appeal he was hung”. I thought..........and we accuse the Saudi’s of being 3rd world. That same guy would NEVER have been hung just for “trafficking”. If he killed someone, the “average” time is around 20 years to execute him.

I take it you meant that the same guy in the US would never have been hung for trafficking - if in prison here for murder would have taken 20 years to execute him here..

That’s as idiotic as sentencing 6-8 months down the road after a guilty verdict. None of it makes sense. Guess we can never expect any reform to that system to come out of any state legislature as no one gets elected or EVEN RUNS for office who isn’t a lawyer...

I think you hit the nail on the head. I have several lawyers after 50 years in the development business and I have a son in law that’s a lawyer. None of them have a lick of common sense.

That said, one of my lawyers has saved my ass on more than one occasion. I guess you truly “can’t live with em and can’t live without em”.

One day I hope there is a 49% limit on lawyers in legislatures. Would have to be a Constitutional Ammendment.
