State Bar Board members need to remove the grievance tribunal appeal panel who bring such shame to the State by its biased moves,

yes...they did, even though that lawsuit was THE REASON THE SUPREME COURT WAS ESTABLISHED IN THE FIRST PLACE. As most things backfire on the left, this may give Paxton a case to force the robed cowards to explain their reasoning. The original case was anything but moot...it was critical to the survival of our republic.
There are more facts to justify an investigation into the NY AG and his witchhunt fishing expedition against Trump that there is with this bogus complaint against Paxton. This is the kind of crap that is going to lead this country to a second civil war.

Lawfare is their preferred way to destroy their enemies. The word ‘justice’ has very little to do with the inner workings of the U.S. justice apparatus.
Moot merely means the court cannot offer a remedy in law, not that suit is either baseless or trivial.
Clarence Thomas dissented, more or less along your lines. I think Roberts, and the majority either favored the outcome of the election, or did not want to inject the Court into a political dispute. The specter of the Court getting involved in politics did not prevent the Court from interceding in Gore v. Bush, 2000.
The impact of the Court accepting the suit would have been to sow doubt about the integrity and validity of the 2020 election, but that might have actually been a healthy result.
Pray for and support Ken Paxton. He’s a great AG, fearless and needs our support. We already know the Demons have no morals and we have no media to get the truth of what’s really happening.......God bless Texas and God bless Ken Paxton!!
The American Bar Association was going to investigate Kavanaugh as well. I'm not a lawyer, but I wrote them and criticized their plan, and told them why. I doubt my message had anything to do with it, but they did back down.
Moran, no doubt a CMD (communist, marxist, democrat), AND, I’m sure with not much to do, turns to a CMD State Bar for fun. I KNOW, my own lawyer is liberal to the core and my son in law is too. Like a cat playing with a ball of twine, the CMD’s will have a lot of fun with this for a while and then it will die due to nobody giving a damn any more.

The Supreme Court dismissed the suit on the grounds that it was moot, not that is was without merit. There’s a difference. Moot means that the court could not offer relief, even if the claims were true. Without merit means that the plaintiff failed to state a valid legal claim.

The court should have offered a remedy! That would been to invalidate the illegal election laws that were “Passed” in the states. That’s their job. They’re all hot and bothered to tell a school a boy can shower with the girls...but election laws...PFFFT!!
