There has been a spate of black-on-white crime in ATL the last few months. Perpetrators are intentionally targeting victims based solely on their ‘whiteness.’ Over the weekend, an ‘urban’ shooter targeted at least three white people in drive-by shootings (hitting one twice) in an adjoining upscale neighborhood to Brookhaven (Buckhead), but also ran over a white guy with his car as the victim was taking his trash out.

We will be seeing more and more of these incidents as critical race theory takes hold in the schools and young blacks are taught to viscerally hate whites.
Interesting that the article makes NO mention of the perp being black.
They can’t help themselves. The victim may have been random but this was definitely not without reason. The reason, he was black and she was white. Pure and simple.
The original problem was that normal people were being held indefinitely inside state mental institutions. But then the ACLU, et al. demanded their release, to which the courts agreed.
However, the states quickly learned that they saved a ton of money by turning mentally ill people out, even if it was very hard on them, so except for the very few who are raving maniacs or are utterly unable to self maintain themselves, they typically will only hold the mentally ill for just two weeks to a month.
So, how do we overcome this problem?
NOBODY trusts the federal government to do it without turning it into a nightmare. Yet by themselves, the states are still hesitant.
How about a halfway solution? A group of states get together and form a *regional* mental institution.
1) States only contribute a base amount of funding plus the number of people they want in the facility. Each state also sends two or more doctors and an appropriate number of nurses.
2) Patients can only be admitted or released by a vote of physicians, who also determine the type and amount of treatment for each individual. Nurses can also secretly vote if they believe treatments are inappropriate for patients.
I’m sure there are many more details that can be added to such regional facilities.
