A Chick-Fil-A opened near me abut 3 years ago. To this day, there is always a line up of cars at the drive-thru on Saturdays. There is a BK about 2 blocks up the street which has so little traffic I thought it had perhaps closed during the pandemic, but it is still apparently open.
our BK is so ghetto that i won’t even pull over into their parking lot, much less give them any $$.
Seems Burger King would invest in some cleaning supplies. I haven’t been to one in a few years and quit going because their restaurants were always like filthy sewers.

Good to know that BK is making direct swipes at Christianity now. I already avoid it because its food is trash. Now I have a reason to skip it even if the only available options late at night in a distant town are all trash.
And I don’t believe the claim that BK’s new sandwich is as good as Chick-fil-A’s. I can believe that woke fast food reviewers might say it is though.
Going after a low hanging target BK. The CFA spicy sandwich is not that good. Can’t hang with Popeyes? Awwww.
With my air fryer I can make one close to Popeyes at 1/4 the cost and 3/4 the calories. And If I deep fry I can make one better then Popeyes. So I will continue to cook at home.
I’ve given Popeye’s several tries over the years. Its chicken is often dry. And its buildings are nowhere near as clean nor are its employees as good as Chick-fil-A.

It wasn’t all that quiet a cave-in. They were pandering to wokies at college campuses — trying to set up a new outlet. Wokies were having none of it so CfilA had a change in upper management, one that cut all support of religious outfits and became fully woke. Monies went to LuggButt outfits, instead, including sponsoring presentations at neighborhood gatherings of Gays and trannies. Full-blown grooming fest. I wouldn’t been surprised to see BeijingBiden somewhere in the background surveying the potential converts (”OOh, bring that one over to me!”).
Since my wife and I had recently gotten into the quality of their sammiches (i.e., OK you vegans who disdain “fast-food” can bite me) I called them on their change in direction in an eMail to corporate. Fundamentally, they told me to bugger off so we no longer buy anything from them.
Banned both long ago.
The local BK’s here are dingy and understaffed. Some days they don’t even open. CFA on the other hand is clean, well staffed with pleasant people who don’t hate their job or customers.
This will not end well for Bk.
The liberals and atheist want Chick-fil-A to cave on Christ. They will only be happy when they have the CEO on a crucifix and workers serving Satan.
I’m not going to religiously boycott fast food but for the most part I avoid the various places as much as I can. I tried CFA once and found it ok but haven’t been back since. Other chains like BK I went to sometimes if they had promos but that is also in the distant past. The promos don’t even get me anymore. I did notice Costco has introduced some crispy chicken sandwich at their snack bars. Haven’t tried it though.
I said, ‘John, there is no Burger King in France you’ll have to wait til we get back over the border.’ We ate flounder and drank white wine June 6th in Normandy. He pouted. I can see that some Americans hate France. They love Burger King. I love France.
I'm not sure about Burger King, but there's at least one McDonalds in Caen. I guess I can't blame the area for catering to American tourists, but I didn't even slow down as I drove past. We had lunch at the Roosevelt Cafe down near Utah Beach instead.
That would explain that angle then.
