CA is reaping what it sowed over the past 10+ years, by eliminating dozens of reservoirs, and diverting fresh water stocks into the Pacific Ocean, instead of to the Central Valley Farmers for crop irrigation.

my priorities for water are this:....water to drink and 2ndly, water to grow food/feed food animals and after those two, it doesn't matter....

but agriculture is so so important....

if we were serious, we would forbide filling hot tubs and pools....

and we waste so much water....you can have a nice garden if you water properly....
