My tinfoil-hat speculation is that an unnatural alliance had been forced together to bring down Trump, but is now falling apart. The only thing they have in common is what they want to destroy.

I believe, and continue to believe, that China would have refined that virus to a point very high mortality. They then could have engineered a antidote to inject their “desirable” and after that, release the virus on the world.
