Denmark on Thursday ratcheted up its tough anti-immigration laws by adopting new legislation enabling it to open asylum centres outside Europe where applicants would be sent to live.
The latest move by Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen's Social Democratic anti-immigration government is aimed at deterring migrants from coming to Denmark at all.
Asylum seekers would now have to submit an application in person at the Danish border and then be flown to an asylum centre outside Europe while their application is being processed.

“White Privilege!” probably...
Unlike the rest of Scandinavia, Denmark is no fan of immigrants.
How much do you want to bet Biden is applying for the US to be an asylum center.?
That would be a very unwise move.
It would also be classic dem.

Denmark is a small country of under 6 million, with a long history, distinct language, etc...
It has zero obligation to host any foreigner from anywhere, and instead should be focused on preserving itself and culture for its own people.
More like renditioning...
It appears that someone has a spine. No chance anyone associated with the corrupt American Democrat/BLM/ANTIFA regime will follow suit, or even wake up to the disasters that Denmark is trying to rectify. Where’s Bernie’s fascination with Scandinavian leadership now?
If Denmark’s attempt at self defense is overturned, expect Dixit, or Demixit, or Dexit, or something named appropriately.
Denmark, unlike other members, is not totally invested in the EU.
e.g. Denmark has NOT adopted the Euro and has no plans to, especially since the 2011 EU debt problems. Sweden hasn’t either, but has obligations to do so in the future.
Remember, when deGaulle vetoed British membership in the European Community, Denmark withdrew its membership application. After deGaulle was out and the UK was allowed in, Denmark joined. Now with GB out of the EU and with the EU’s financial problems, Danish withdrawal lurks.
