Americans today and America could not prosecute world war 2 if it was today. I mean this snowflake nation took a header over an a virus that wiped out a staggering 1/20th of 1 percent of the world population. And JAG lawyers would be second guessing every single bomb we dropped on the Germans - was it or was it not a war crime? Shall we prosecute Patton?

Partner, I have heard from the folks at work that they do not think the folks in this generation would take a grenade to the gut to save the lives of the guy in his trench or foxhole.
This generation of WWII is the greatest generation.
I have heard that Marines in the Vietnam war were pretty tough guys. I do not know since I did not personally fight in the Vietname war or any other war.
