We need to find a way to kill 600M Chinese then tith them in the chaos. My best guess is Ebola in their to 15 cities. The 10 days later anthrax. Double dose then. Hit the TGD early plus have subs sink all food in bound ships for 6 weeks. Create total panic. Hit strategic targets from India, US, Japan and Australia for 1 week. Pretend nothing happened like they did with Covid. I’m not a tactical commander. Hit the biggest 10-20 critical infrastructure projects (ie 3GD). Offer aid. Rods of god would be nice. Maybe musk can help
Anyway China needs to be set back 50 years. I would also make financial, cultural and political piece with Russia. I might even offer NK stabilized relations to push into China
