Exactly, the Nevada GOP will start doing what the Cali GOP did, play by RAT rules and win back seats. The problem with legalized ballot harvesting is that both parties will do it and create an environment where no election is legit. Hopefully the GOP will sue to force the ballot roles be cleaned up. I am betting Bugsy voted in Vegas last year. RATS hate removing their dead constituents from the roles.
