Don’t ever pose nude for someone to take pictures and you’ll never have to worry about this sort of blackmail.
Seems SHE posted the photos first.
Being evidence of a scandalous crime, they were duly reported on.
She sued over the fair-use reporting of what she published.

I agree. Don’t have a kind thing to say about Hill, however this is a bad ruling. Would not be surprised if it is appealed and overturned quickly.

It isn’t a Nazi tattoo. It is a Maltese cross. The symbol is hundreds of years old. Germany still uses it on their military planes. In the 60s it was also called the “surfers cross,” because a lot of California surfers used it.
She is trying to fundraise to pay the damages through her lawyers. I went to the site and it appears that you can donate any amount you want. It would be awesome if everyone donated a penny.

This is incorrect. I mean what you posted is accurate, but it's incorrect --not in the historical factual way you may want to use, but in the politically expedient media rule way. Any republican politician with a Maltese cross would have it described as a Nazi symbol in the media. I'm just playing by their rules.
