Nah, this wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t actually create any crisis to resolve. The states only certify election results to confirm a slate of electors, and the Electoral College has already voted, and won’t be voting again until 2024. So decertification at this point would only be a symbolic gesture and wouldn’t actually change anything.

Short of going to extralegal remedies, the only feasible route now is impeachment, if we can get the votes.

I suspect that it cannot be known that the election of Biden was fraudulent and that he can remain in office.

I'm quite sure that Electors who cast their votes on December 14, and the results of their votes, would be covered by the DE FACTO OFFICER DOCTRINE, which has been upheld by the Supreme Court many times and which holds that those who rely on the actions of a seemingly legitimate officer are free from blame, and the actions of an irregularly appointed officer are to be upheld AS IF his appointment were legal.
