Iced coffee is actually less damaging to the stomach lining. Hot coffee acts like a detergent to the mucosa protecting the stomach tissue.

They will serve one iced coffee in MA but not iced tea.

If you order two cups of tea and a glass of ice, they get really pissed when you pour the hot tea into the ice.
