The only decertification threat I have seen is for the voting machines. Source for that?

There is no decertification for the electors for the Presidential election. Whether something could be done for the Senate race is a different question. However, the AZ Senate stated specifically that the audit results are not going to be used to change the election outcome.

The process and Constitutional requirements for electors are laid out by the National Archives, who oversee it. Pretty good read, but there is no do-overs.

Jan 25, 2025 will see the next elected president sworn into office.
