The Black community has received reparations from the administration of Lyndon Johnson to the present. Perhaps its time for them to pay some back.
Not ironically, it's the great society b.s. that stripped the wealth (read that WORK ETHIC) from blacks in this country and the reason why they're (a) among the poorest in this country and (b) so damn' dependent on FedGov for everything. Am I the only one who sees it this way?

Trillions of dollars have been given to those in need. In fact, several generations of families have been given welfare for years. Seems that is reparations by the American Taxpayer.
Deduct the total cost of all the set-asides, section 8s, welfare, and other social programs from the projected amount of reparations. Then deduct the estimated cost of black crime over the past 70 years. Pay out what is left to black FAMILIES whose members do not have any criminal records and have been self-sufficient rather than dependent.
