Right. And how are you going to read Plato and Cicero in the original Greek and Latin? Tacitus anyone? How can anyone study classical antiquity without knowing the languages?

They used to publish interlinears for Latin authors. Each line of Latin text had an English translation of its Latin words below it.
Perhaps they will translate the "classics" into Ebonics. I mean, if you want to destroy something, don't go half way, destroy it utterly.
How can anyone understand fractions or decimals if they can't do division or subtraction?
