If it is proven Biden to stole the election, the recourse, besides long term voting him out, would be to have him impeached.

Impeachment implies a LAWFUL election occured. That is not the case here. A fraud (cheat) was committed, negating the results of the Presidential and Senate runoff elections.
I am not a Lawyer (IANAL), but it seems the Quo Warranto legal option is appropriate. A fraud in an election is a valid basis to challenge the authority of those involved. Although it involves a court, it's sole function is to determine whether the election was LAWFUL or not. If unlawful, the election didn't happen. The newly-elected Congresspersons who voted to accept Biden's Electors were not informed by a court of the UNLAWFUL result of the election. A Quo Warranto is not among the multiple court cases over this election, as courts are written out of the plenary powers the state legislatures and Congress have over fed elections. The courts have no power to order a legal act to 'fix' the election problem with an order, and previous court cases all had this defect in them.
