The ongoing investigation into family court corruption in Missouri is racking up so many columns that it needs its own catalog page. Here, you will find links to each piece as it is reported. Back in the 90s, Bill and Hillary incentivized Child Protective Services with cash for various things like for each kid they pulled away from their parents.

Then there are the corrupt judges on the take who are incentivized to look the other way and rule in favor of CPS regardless of the truth.

This is really bad stuff. I know of at least four people who were murdered for digging too deep into CPS and bad judges.

Most of these cases are sealed bc of confedentiality issues for minors... And after reading these cases, the author of some of these articles is not properly investigating all the facts and evidence. These are very one sided stories.

Family court is the wild west- why... Because of how clients and their lawyers behave. Accusing someone of child molesting doesn’t make them a child molester. It’s called DUE PROCESS. And if you are a TRUE CONSERVATIVE (as I’ve been saying for a while now that so many people on the FR are totalitarians in disguise) you would support the legal process and not side with some of this garbage out out by the drive-by media.

People make up all sorts of things and do anything in family courts-not to help their children, but to hurt the other parent. Evidence is anecdotal and emotional- and not necessarily fact based. Men are accused ALL THE TIME of being abusers just so the mother can retain custody (and the child support).

There are quiet a few problems with psychologists- but this happens when people have an incentive to be dishonest. For the last 10 years there has been a financial incentive for psychologists to diagnose people with mental health issues they don’t have.

Sometimes neither person is the good parent, but modern psychology has held, and followed by state legislatures, that family units should be held together. This is the law in most states and why kids get returned to bad parents.

Think what you would do if you suspected your child had been abused? Call the police? Go to the hospital? Why didn’t these women call the police when they suspected child abuse? Why didn’t they take their kids to the hospital? These articles are porrely investigated.

Not just MO, Rural TN has the same issues. Niece is very sick, dying, took her 2 yrs of tortured FC to get a divorce, 2 kids, eldest was abused by his Junkie/Booze addict dad. Terrified kid, who has Duchene’s M. was threatened by the councilor with Mental Health incarceration, when he would not visit or talk to his ‘sperm donor’. Ended up drugged on Psyche drug for PTSD. Turns 16 in a few weeks, going for Emancipation. The girl will end up with the Junkie dad when the mom passes. Maybe 2 yrs at most. Her grandma has her hands full taking care of her Duchene’s M.D. husband. She has a older sister, a single brother, court always turns to the dad in these cases. Kid will be in a wheelchair before long and need care, Duchene’s KILLS.
