Plugs Biden was exempted from military service due to childhood asthma. However he went on to play football in college. IOW,he scammed his way out of service as did many others in the 60s and 70s. This takes cowardice and a special kind of contempt for the Armed Forces and this very same contempt is being displayed in this case.
