The law, as posted by you, clearly does not require the non-existence of alternatives.
I believe this is really a non-issue since the EUA will be replaced with a full APPROVAL before the end of the year.
Why are you so passionate about finding an alternative to a perfectly good vaccine? One that was developed by Donald Trump and is highly effective and safe?

Absolutely correct. The vaccines have proven remarkably successful in reducing infections, hospital admissions, and deaths.
Even a cursory examination of the latest news will show that Trump wants to be credited for the development of these vaccines. Why don’t you want to give Donald Trump the credit he richly deserves for developing the vaccines?
