Sorry but what I’ve seen from these blowout from parents against either school or city councils, they are comprised of bald white guys making the dumbass decisions.
When you're discussing social/psychological constructs (all in the mind) use "gender". When you're discussing biological realities, use "sex". Just using the right words would clear up a lot of confusion -- unfortunately, the reverse is true too. When you want everyone confused; just change the language, so that coherent thought or communication is no longer possible.

The parents today that push their children into this insane child abuse by encouraging, and approving of their child changing their sex, should be themselves locked up in a mental institution.

Records shed light on mental health issues prior to fatal Villa Park Police
VILLA PARK, Ill. — New details have been released in the fatal police shooting of a transgender man Monday, raising questions about how police handle cases involving the mentally ill.
Around 2 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of E. Kenilworth officers responded to a 911 call of a person with a gun.
Police said 25-year-old Haven Bailey called police on himself. He was acting erratically and waving around what has now been identified as a pellet gun before an officer shot him four times. He later died at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Police records show Bailey, who had been transitioning from female to male, was suicidal. Friends like Yovani Simental said he was crying out for help.
“Haven has tried multiple times to reach out for help, numerous times,” Simental said. “And she didn’t get the help she wanted or needed.”
Police records show in April, Bailey told the DuPage County Crisis Center in Wheaton he was thinking of jumping off the building where he worked. When nobody heard from him, the County called police to initiate a well-being check. Police took Bailey to the hospital to be involuntarily committed.

I believe this started when the government decided we needed a Department of Education and then JFK allowed public employees to unionize giving birth to the teachers unions.
The leftists first managed to stack universities with progressive professors and now the el/hi system has followed suit. Next they want free “child care” funded for 3 to 5 tear olds to begin the brain washing at even earlier ages.

Thank you...that was said very well. This is what needs to be said more often and louder and by more people. Maybe then some parents will listen . There is one problem , many of the younger parents have been indoctrinated themselves.

Incorrect. Humans have a sex, they do not have a gender. Words have gender in certain languages. Behavior that does or does not represent the normal roles of members of their sex in specific societies does not magically become “gender.” It’s still just behavior. By even entertaining that fiction, you are empowering this stupidity.

Gender is a social construct. People can call social constructs whatever they want to. The name doesn’t change anything — a rose by any other name, and all that. So, we’re actually saying the same things about the behaviours — I, and almost everyone else, on all sides of this issue, call that gender.
Get it now? Sex is based in biology. Gender is a social construct — the name given to a set of roles and behaviours.
