Though I mostly agree, I think she was threatening. She was the “first in” of an unruly mob breaking through a locked door to enter.
It pains me to say this, but I’d have pulled the trigger a lot sooner than he did if the roles were reversed. Mob mentality makes people do things they would normally never consider acceptable behavior. In her case, it got her killed.

What would you be stopping or protecting that you would shoot the first head thru the door without any clear evidence that person was a threath to anyone, not anything. And I wouldnt have been part of that mob and the ashlee sounds a bit off in a sense she couldnt keep a job more than 1-2 years.
