Been years, but watching Sky King is the reason I got my pilots license 35 years ago.
And watching Sea Hunt is why I got my PADI dive certificate.
Todays tv shows show little.
My Mom and I ware currently on a "Sea Hunt" watching binge. We catch one episode every day during my lunch break.
I love this show.
I also recently bought every episode of "Steve Canyon", which is every bit as good as Sea Hunt. (A couple of episodes are available on YT, which is what hooked me).
They really don't make 'em like they used to.
