If clear evidence is found that the ChiComs deliberately released the ChiCom virus (especially if they had given the virus a gain-of-function), that would constitute a crime against humanity, if not an act of war.

Personally I subscribe to occam’s razor theories. No need to ascribe to malice what can easily be explained by mere incompetence. Though I wouldn’t put it past “them” to unleash a virus for political gain. My personal opinion is, it came from a lab and somehow leaked out; either because they are incompetent boobs, or the lab was not as secure as they claimed, or some janitor sold the infected animal meat to the wet market instead of incinerating it like he was supposed to.
Did read that several Wuhan viral lab employees went to the hospital in late October or early November with covid symptoms. Can’t verify that obviously, just one of a million news stories I’ve read.
