Airlines shunned Belarus’s airspace on Tuesday and Belarusian planes faced a possible ban from Europe as international outrage mounted over Minsk forcing down a jetliner and arresting a dissident journalist who was on board.

A video released overnight showed 26-year-old Roman Protasevich confessing to having organised anti-government demonstrations. On Sunday he was pulled off a flight from Greece to Lithuania forced down in the Belarusian capital Minsk.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the video made for “distressing viewing” and Belarus would face consequences. Exiled opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya said it proved Protasevich had been tortured.

Well then, Protasevich shouldn't have been at the January 6th peaceful assembly in Washington DC, if he wasn't guilty.

Oh wait, I'm thinking of the Brit treatment of Julian Assange, or was it the CIA and FBI pursuit of Edward Snowden, maybe I'm thinking of General Michael Flynn, ...

oh heck, I'll just go with It's Not Fascist If Democrats or Journalists do it!

Belarus, soon to be part of the Russian Federation. Journalists tortured and killed? Sounds more like Mexico to me. No one bats an eyes when its done south of the border in NarcoLand.

Putin and Lukashenko may be dictators and bad people. Or they may be patriots defending their nations from an onslaught of globalism, CIA/MI6 regime change and leftist social engineering.

The problem is - we have no way to know.

We DO know the US media is controlled and corrupted, and we all agree corporate US media and social-media lie, spin and manipulate heavily about events and politics in the USA.

So how much more so does it lie and spin on events abroad - where we have no way of knowing the truth?

A logical conclusion is that the controlled and corrupted US media Lies and Spins the same amount for the same purposes about Foreign events and Foreign individuals.

Pretty much makes the US Media worthless and the Enemy.

Now let's talk about the Western Media, and then the World Media ...

Of course we have a way to know. The problems with US journalism are real, but they are elsewhere and people putting a little effort can know what Putin and Lukashenko are.

They are gangster thugs bringing misery to people they rule and to people in other places.

A bad comparison is gaining ground. It says the people of Belarus who come peacefully to streets saying “we want real elections” is the same as the arsonist bastards in Portland, who are against elections because they very well know that their commie idiocy has the ceiling of 0.07% of the vote that the communist candidate Gus Hall got in 1976 (that was his highest).
