I work for an extremely woke company. Interestingly they are refraining from requiring vaccination status. You can volunteer the information and they will ask in two specific cases. The two cases are non-essential employees (aren't requred to be in the office). And those who don't want to wear a mask will have to certify they are vaccinated on the employee portal.

The bottom line is they are tightening the noose bit by bit. Will they require certification by essential employees? Maybe. Will they ask for proof? Doubt it. I just logged in and filled it in. I says "I understand that providing this information is strictly voluntary" It also says "I agree that to the best of my knowledge the information provided is true and accurate".

I think the reason they are being so legalistic is because they have offices in states that would sue or allow employees to sue for mandating an unapproved drug.

It's probably because key players in the company aren't buying the BS and will tell them to stick their questionable injections up their butts.
