To be clear no one has a duty to disclose any of their personal health data if they do choose. Even though I have posted on this forum that I am vaccinated snd happy that I was, when asked in public by the Karen’s I simply stated it’s not your business what my personal health choices are. This is because I fully believe that most of not all private information should be controlled by the individual. There are statutory exceptions for example I have to report a rabies case to the health department but in general i support the answer by anyone declining to answer intrusive questions.

I agree with one exception. I just "certified" at work that I am vaccinated. But I didn't show any proof, it is not required. I didn't show any proof at the assisted living and the woman said "that's ok we trust you". There are two obvious problems, first that mandating unapproved drugs is illegal in many legal systems. Second, the papers please and social credit passport is straight from Chicomm style authoritarian regimes. It is unAmerican.

Remember the old days when a Doctor was required by Law to report a Patient with a Venereal Disease to the Health Department? The information was used for Contact Tracing to avoid the spread of the Disease.

That ended when AIDS showed up in the Gay Community.

All of a sudden reporting a 100% Fatal Disease to the Health Department was less important than Privacy Rights.

Come to think of it, the same applies to Roe v Wade. Abortion is 100% Fatal to the Unborn Child but the Mother’s “Right to Privacy”, a term that is nowhere in our Constitution BTW, trumps the Murder of an Innocent.

While I’m here, there is another word that does not exist in our Constitution, “democracy”.
