Too bad at least half of America aren’t opening their F eyes and putting two-and-two together and asking themselves why Trump continues to be targeted when he’s supposedly out of office.
This is all being done to make sure he does not run in 2024 . He is also being made a example to anyone else like him to discourage them from running in the future. If you are not part of the Swamp you must know you cannot run or you will face consequences.
Kind of strange it comes out the day after Trump basically announces he’s running in 2024
First, Trump is not "supposedly" out of office. He is out of office. That's what Vance has been waiting for.
Second, so what if half of the country knew about this? What if most of the country knew about this? How does that change anything? Cyrus Vance Jr. is the Manhattan DA and is hell-bent on putting Trump in jail. Not anything you or I or anyone else can do anything about.
Third, Trump has had a target on his back most of his professional career as a real estate developer in the high stakes city of New York. The IRS, the media and other entities have scrutinized his taxes and financial dealings for decades. Especially now that he is out of office and the political Left has their hate out to get him once and for all, have pulled out all of the plugs to get him.
Lastly, Vance might find it easy to indict Trump but convicting him of anything serious is dodgy at best. Remember the saying that a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich? That part is not that hard. But also remember that Trump has been up to his eye balls in alligators in the DC swamp and come out unscathed. Russian collision? Ha! Not even a bruise. Two attempts by the democRATS to impeach him? Sorry, Charlie. No way.
So I'm sure Trump is concerned about these developments but he has been around the block a few times. This is not his first rodeo. Just because he may be indicted, doesn't mean he's going to be convicted of anything serious. Vance (and his tag team partner, Leticia James in the Southern District of New York) are playing biased, prejudiced games with Trump and I'm sure he is prepared to refute anything they throw at him. We'll have to wait and see.
