$0 for no machines and volunteers to count the vote will being observed.

Where in the country are election machines NOT used? Whether levered, punch cards, optical scanners, electronic? The machine below invented in 1899, was "By 1930, lever machines had been installed in virtually every major city in the United States."

How do you go back to hand counts when the audit in Maricopa County has only counted 500K out of 2.1million votes in about a month (admittedly they are checking the ballots for other things)?

I am not sure if there are any places that don't use them. But I have voted without an election machine back in the 90's and it worked fine. This isn't rocket science. Machines introduce cost, errors and now fraud. Anyone that would want to use them going forward really has no commonsense and is part of the problem. The simple fact that tabulating machines count votes without each individual vote being observed is room from fraud. I have zero trust in these damn commies.
