Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie called out President Biden on Monday for allowing Canada to receive COVID-19 vaccines from the U.S. while at the same time barring fully vaccinated Americans from crossing the northern border.
Christie blasted the president in a tweet posted Monday, saying more losing the upper hand coming from the Biden administration’s foreign policy and vaccine messaging with Canada.
"More weakness from Biden foreign policy and mixed messages on vaccines," Christie, a potential 2024 presidential candidate, wrote on Twitter. "Canada continues to ask for US help with vaccines but refuses to allow for fully vaccinated Americans to enter Canada."

Candidate Donald Trump, during the 2016 presidential campaign, appointed Chris Christie to be his transition chief. In this role Christie should have developed a list of appointees for the new administration, in the event Trump won, and vet them. New presidents appoint over 2000 positions in the bureaucracy from cabinet heads down. Getting these appointees on board, approved, and in place is critical to the administration being effective from day 1.
When Trump won the election it immediately became clear he did not have appointees determined and vetted to present to the Senate for confirmation. He went into a flurry of interviews for the key cabinet positions - Secretary of State, Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, White House Chief of Staff. All of the top five picks turned out to be duds who were fired later - Rex Tillerson, Jeff Sessions, James Mattis, Reince Priebus.
Trump did fire Christie as transition chief shortly after the election, perhaps realizing Christie had either not done the job of preparing for the transition or had sabotaged Trump with lists of RINO GOP insiders. Whatever the truth, Christie failed big time and was responsible for much of the chaos and scrambling that characterized the transition period and first six months of the new administration.
Christie thinks that disagreeing with this Marxists administration on the plandemic makes him appear to be a conservative alternative. He’s an egotistical fool.
