Local Arizona Central reported yesterday:
The audit, commissioned by Arizona Senate Republican leaders, took a break for nine days while graduations were held at the Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Coliseum.
The Senate contractors, led by Florida-based cybersecurity firm Cyber Ninjas, plan to try to finish recounting all 2.1 million ballots cast in the county by the end of June when their lease at the coliseum ends.
With nearly 500,000 ballots counted in the first month, the team will have to greatly increase the number of workers or hours, or both, to meet that goal. The original plan was to finish by May 14, when the break began.
On Sunday morning, the contractors moved the county’s ballots from a storage building on the fairgrounds property where they were kept during the graduations back into the coliseum.
Forty-four tables were set up Sunday in anticipation of ballot counting and 32 for ballot inspection, far more tables total than before the break. Previously, between 16 and 20 counting tables were used at once.
Here is a picture of the floor before the recent break for high school graduations in the Coliseum:

Here is a similar view as of this morning – note all the added tables to the left of the screen for what appears to be for ballot inspection – see live feed here:

The auditors want to finish by the end of June. They have added tables and are planning for a third shift as well.
“took a break for nine days”
They shouldn’t have. More Republican nonchalance - “oh don’t worry”. Gives the opposition breathing room to game their next moves which is why we saw the absurd NAU nobody Katie Hobbs come up with her latest idiotic complaint about the audit.
They need to stop screwing around, tighten down the chatter leaks, and solidify their case. Arizona was the state with the least crap going on out of all the “battleground” states, so it’s gonna be the hardest to pin down the game that was actually played. They can’t screw it up.
Perhaps you should read the article or be more informed. There was a lot of publicity and notification before the break as to why they were suspending counting for a week - Saturday through the next Sunday is 9 days. Per their contract, they needed to vacate for a week so the county could conduct high school graduation ceremonies. But you think they are screwing around.
Actually I’m aware of that, and my point stands. They shouldn’t have gone into the contract knowing that they were going to have to stand down. What they’re doing is far more important and is not some ministerial act of due diligence.
They need a sense of the historic impact of this - something that can get lost in the boring “process” of governance. The result is urgent and should have happened 4 months ago.
It will be interesting to see if the Feds start flying their spy plane again. I’ll be watching Specopsmonkey to see what he says.
What are they counting and what conclusions will they draw after the counting is complete?
Like Stalin said:’It’s not important how many people vote, but who it is that does the counting’.
Very eloquent.
2020 eloquent.
Arizona eloquent.
I will say that based upon your comment you have absolutely no idea of what is going on except you are very concerned it will find out how many votes were fake
Do some research and then come back and post something intelligent. There are many safeguards built into ballots that you may not be aware of that were ignored
From what I understand they didn't have a choice. A bunch of schools had the Coliseum reserved for graduation ceremonies.
They're counting whatever they want and their conclusion will be wide-spread fraud occurred. I could have told you that before they started.
At 1-AM this morning, my WRKO-AM news feed reported that “Trump continues to lie” about Maricopa County results.
With nine extra days to perpetuate Joseph Goebbels-worthy propaganda, I suggest a different location should have been chosen for this FORENSIC examination.
” I suggest a different location should have been chosen for this FORENSIC examination “
That was my basic point.
