It's ok, though, because those "Patriots" have nice houses, big mortgages to pay, credit card bills to cover, good health, home and car insurance, 2 - 3 new/newer vehicles, including RV's, boats, ATVs etc. They are keeping the light bill paid and the spouse in climate control while they run around the hills looking tacticool while playing paintball or airsoft, and then stopping off at the ABC store to pick up some booze to drink while watching the "Big Game" on their new, stimmy paid 80" flat screen TV.

Do the other federal agencies in that reference include the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Command ?

This is why I wrote replace. The problem is not the institutions. It is the society that feeds them with such flawed character(s).

The Secretary of War was in charge of the military. I guess that is pretty ambiguous. It is a shame history is not taught in the schools any more. No one under 50 knows any history unless they read a lot on their own.
