Agree. Civil asset forfeiture is a blatant due process violation of 5th amendment destroying presumption of innocence and confiscation of property without due process.
This is how the criminal federal government can deprive defendants of a legal defense. No one can compete in court against a corrupt government that is intent on beating a defendant.

I agree, but Blm. Sullivan can fight this one on his own. There will be many more battles against government confiscation and I’ll join one of those.
