That sounded mighty odd to me. So I followed your link. Yes, Dr. Tenpenny evidently did say that.
And here’s the interesting thing. Once a person has lost around 40 to 50% of their blood volume, the body cannot recover. That person dies.
Being a doctor, Tenpenny must know this. So did she simply misspeak?
Or is she just making things up?
Or did those patients either get transfusions or die?
If it’s the last possibly, she does not mention that very important fact.

Yes, she is all over the map. The 2/3 comment was so naive, so uninformed that it really jumped out. She’s all over the map with her comments and, like Biden, wanders all over and frequently starts statements she doesn’t finish. She does not come across as a person who went through medical school.
