How do you label something a homicide and not investigate it. Why was there not a crime scene not set up in the room?
Why? Too many questions to be asked.
I’ve heard rumors (no evidence) that the man who shot her was part of Speaker Pelosi’s protection team. And that she gave the shoot order. (not sure I believe that, but with the #ComDems, anything is possible. Like Hillary.)
One would assume they investigated it before ruling the shooting justified.
Labeling a death a homicide has nothing to do with any criminal aspects. All deaths are given one of five labels: Natural, Suicide, Homicide, Accident, Undetermined.

Agreed. It was very weird - and thanks Bray for posting (around 2 months ago) the link to the video that showed the shooting.
But I couldn't draw the same conclusion regarding the path of the bullet - that the video tried to described. But I agree that it was all very weird - like a bunch of actors getting together (particularly the 2 cops behind Ashli, that just turned away as she started her attempt to climb through the glass) - but that's all I can say - it was just weird.
Also, IF it was staged, I don't doubt that Ashli died of a gunshot to the neck (once she got taken away in the ambulance. Because IF there was conspiracy, I doubt they'd have kept her around).
What a shame it is.
