Babitt is dead. She was killed by the Capitol Police. The shooting has been ruled justified. There is absolutely nothing unusual or suspicious in that; police kill unarmed suspects with distressing regularity and walk away without charges way more often than not. Your crackpot speculations are not going to change any of that.

No one on the Anfifa/BLM side will ever go to prison under Traitor Joe - perhaps a little jail time, but only a very few.
The number of people who watched the Antifa/BLM videos and thought they were seeing a live on camera execution/murder are the same number of people who watch movies and weep when the hero/heroine is killed. No critical thought necessary.
In Babbitt's death, the medical examiner ruled that the police officer's bullet killed her and that the manner was homicide. That does not mean the officer who fired can be held criminally liable for the death.
D.C. police, which investigate all deaths in the District, led the inquiry into Babbitt's shooting. A department spokesman said the investigation has been turned over to the U.S. attorney's office in D.C., which will decide whether the officer who fired should face criminal charges.
Would the family be suing for damages if there was no death certificate. Bear in mind, it takes 30 days or more to even get a death certificate.
