My dau has her house bugged like this. If anyone comes in, the door dings and her phone receives a ding and video, as well. And I assume she can set that ding as loud as she wants, so it will wake her up.

I presume the original video shows details that clearly identify Brown, and that the cops have located the perp's shoes and backpack, as shown in the video, at Brown's residence.
Otherwise, defending Brown in court might be very easy.
Where they have the death penalty, obviously.
Can they track him from his ankle monitor? Some ankle monitors have microphones as well.
