Why would he give this to Epstein?
The billionaire was either being blackmailed or supporting the blackmailer. Epstein couldn't invite high dollar targets to a cheap hotel near the airport. He needed a posh townhouse; invite them over, give them keys, tell them he'll be out of town for a few days and they're welcome to use the place while he's gone, tell them that the young woman who stays upstairs is a nanny or the daughter of a friend, etc.
Nobody gives someone that much of a gift for nothing. I do suspect he was blackmailing rich people all over the world
