Exactly! A friend in New York was transferring his title to me and I think the department to which he sent the letter closed before it arrived. I also went to traffic court today for an accident that I had in October. Everything is delayed.

It took our daughter and SIL 2 months to get their concealed carry permits in FL. They were the lucky ones. Lots of people are waiting twice as long.
