Real good and service - most American carriers cut back so much on service you starve of 5-6 hours on a plane with only water and a bag of chips - or are forced to buy their cold overpriced nasty cold sandwiches.
Buying stuff at the airport sucks as most places in terminals remain shut.
What the hell is this any business of American Airlines, esp. of a pilot of about 30 years working for them?

She knows what you are talking about, and I have hear her mention Bob Crandall a few times. She does pilot long term disability, and knows a lot of retired pilots. She did not know the pilot in the article, but she might know you.
