THE DEEP UNPOPULARITY OF KAMALA HARRIS
Powerline ^ | MAY 17, 2021 | JOHN HINDERAKER

To me, Kamala Harris was one of the mysteries of the 2020 election cycle. She seemed to check a lot of boxes, and I saw her as an attractive candidate who had a good shot–maybe the best–at the Democratic presidential nomination. Instead, her campaign crumbled out of the starting gate, and notwithstanding ample initial fundraising, she didn’t make it to the Iowa caucuses. Despite having a number of superficial advantages, to paraphrase the old joke about dog food, the voters just didn’t like her.

Now, a YouGov poll finds Harris under water, with 41% viewing her favorably and 48% unfavorably. The Washington Examiner points out that this negative perception contrasts strongly with other recent vice presidents. Dick Cheney, Mike Pence and Joe Biden himself, in 2009, all polled quite a bit better at a similar stage.

Harris has never shown much skill or appeal as a politician. Her path to the top in California, essentially a one-party state at this point, was paved by her illicit relationship with Willie Brown. I am not sure what it is about Harris that repels voters, but it should scare the Democrats. It is highly unlikely that Joe Biden will be a candidate for re-election in 2024, assuming he survives that long.

Heck, Tulsi Gabbard destroyed Harris on the debate stage. But in all likelihood, the Democrats are stuck with her. If Biden dies or becomes incapacitated between now and 2024, Harris will be the incumbent. If Biden survives but graciously steps down after one term, it would be fratricidal for the Democrats to try to push Harris aside and nominate someone else. So, for better or worse, the Democrats are probably stuck with her.

If she was born in a US state, she is a natural born citizen. Have you ever heard the term “anchor baby”?

There is a difference between those called an "anchor baby" and a natural born citizen. Anchor Baby citizenship status doesn't exist despite those who argue for it. (children born here of diplomats specifically mentioned as non-citizens would certainly mean anyone born here whose parent/s weren't citizens wouldn't be citizens).

A Natural Born Citizen is someone born in the United States to two citizen parents. Kamala Harris, while born here, could be called an Anchor Baby but she's not a Natural Born Citizen because her parents were not citizens when she was born. She's not eligible to serve as Vice-President nor President.

Her Law School was UC Berkeley like her parents.

Is that the same as University of California, Hastings?

Her Wiki says University of California, Hastings.

Only black she has inside her was Willie Brown. She is a dot Indian.

I am thinking she’s had a lot more black in her than just Willie Brown. She did go to Howard U.

Can you cite a statue or a Supreme Court decision to support your assertions?

She’s not very smart. She just thinks she is. She has a very high opinion of her looks as well. I have a friend who met her in San Francisco regarding her employee benefits. She said Kamala is mean and nasty to her subordinates and very arrogant.

She is still a dot Indian spawn of 2 radical non-Americans.

How many times did she travel back home to her village in India? We know where her loyalties lie, and that’s with Mother India.
