Harris won’t be in charge any more than Biden is. She’s dumb as a box of rocks and is just a leftist social-climbing opportunist who does what she’s told by whoever is the controlling power.
I think she’ll have so little authority that she’ll be laughable and the people behind her will seek to replace her ASAP, probably with the insane and vicious leftist ideologue Pelosi.
The question is exactly who is behind all of these people.

Literally waiting in the wings. Almost every time Xiden speaks, Harris is in the back left corner of the stage, arms crossed, just watching with no emotion.

Sad, but true. He always came out of wearing a mask, then took it off when he read his script and struggled and usually failed to put it back on before giving up.
The media is putting out that Biden is negotiating a cease-fire in the Middle East. They have lots of cease-fires which are just pauses when the attackers rest up for the next attack. The media will play it up like it’s the best peace deal ever.
All a cease fire means is “reload” and “re-arm”. I think this is the last time this will happen. The Israelis are taking out the Hamas and Islamic Jihad commanders, and destroying their arms caches, and smuggling tunnels. The real risk, is if Hezbolla decides to do an all or nothing missile assault from their territory in Lebanon and Syria, in conjunction with the Iranian units there. Then it’s just an all out regional war.
Not me. These two are two scorpions in a bottle. I’m not rooting for either one.
