The world is really upside down when a local candidate can get a full recount and may overturn an election by a corrupt state like Illinois enforcing its election statutes of ballot processing while the courts turned a blind eye to massive election fraud, ballot curing, and ballot dumps designed to benefit Joe Biden.

Not really. No risk of the burning down of cities if it’s overturned, so it’s ok to enforce the rules here.

“Not addressed in this ruling, but we will certainly be looking into why there are +1600 more ballots than people who voted,” he [Grogan] wrote.”

This statement the article quoted from Grogan’s website is very interesting. It’s unclear if the recount will be by hand or by rigged machine, and especially whether this business of 1600+ more votes than voters will be examined.
I bet Grogan expects to end up ahead by a lot more than the 7 votes margin related to the “un-initialed ballots”.

”...while the courts turned a blind eye ...”

The article describes a state court enforcing state election laws.

The selection of Electors from each state in a Presidential election is a responsibility of that state’s legislature. That is basically why the Arizona Senate has been able to conduct the present audit. Each state legislature has the power to oversee the selection of Electors. This power is granted by the Constitution and cannot be denied to any state legislature.

We are probably going to learn more about this in coming months. Any misbehavior allowed during the election process was due to inaction of the Arizona Legislature. It’s their job to fix this if they want a different outcome in the future. Assuming that fraud was perpetrated, the Legislature has the responsibility to uncover the fraud, see that the guilty are punished, and modify the process to eliminate fraud in the future.

And if those 1600 extra votes come into play and it’s shown they went to the Dem, it really shows just how huge, insane, emboldened and desperate the Democrat machine is.

Quite scary when you think of it.
