Sure, but I still wouldn’t mind seeing him arrested, prosecuted, and convicted for the purpose of deterring other wannabes from doing the same thing.
It certainly wouldn’t bother me to see him punished by the Courts but I believe for a man like him being viewed with disdain and having his credibility lost would be punishment enough while being jailed would make him a martyr.
