So you're saying you think that infection patterns just suddenly jump to a maximal level and remain there until everyone is infected? This the first time you've ever looked at how any disease has ever progressed in the history of disease? Because it never works like that. It goes in waves. Israel had 2 major waves and now COVID-19 is dead.
Also there was a typo in my original post. It should have said up to 10,000 (not 100,000) new cases per day at the height, and down to 30 per day now. Israel has experienced 839,119 total COVID-19 cases. Looking at the deaths and working backwards, it's probably closer to 982,000 cases. That's just over 10% of the country that's been infected.
And while all their neighbors see cases and deaths hold steady or rise, Israel's new cases are near 0 and their deaths are new 0. Lockdowns? Those are over and done in Israel. They're back to business as normal. Yet nobody's showing up infected with COVID-19 and nobody's dying of COVID-19. How'd they manage that? Widespread vaccination.
