Gavin Newsom’s budget plan would have California pay to send every 4-year-old to kindergarten, give broke college students a place to live, put more homeless people in hotel rooms, provide health insurance for older adults living in the country illegally, start a new polytechnic university, wipe out delinquent traffic tickets for poor people and give cash payments up to $1,100 to two-thirds of taxpaying adults.

Why not just pay $100 to each person who votes to not recall him. Or, even more efficient, just pay Dominion and cut the middleman voter out of both the payment and the vote.
Thanks to the so-called “stimulus” bill, Washington D.C. had flooded the People’s Republic of California and other blue states with a boat load of cash at the taxpayer’s expense.
Interesting...just as the recall comes, he finds $100B. Maybe other states should threaten recalls, as that would solve their budget problems.

those who have no taxable California state tax can not receive it.
Instead, they are ‘ eligible’ for a $ 600 California Golden Grant,
as long as they file a California state tax return,
which they can’t even if the wanted to
cuz California will only let them file if they had taxable income.
